The residences at 1428 Brickell. Project by Ytech, ACPV Architects, Arquitectonica
The Residences at 1428 Brickell, designed by ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel studio is located in one of the most prestigious addresses in the city of Miami, in a highly expanded area, Brickell. The 70-story building, developed by luxury real estate developer, Ytech, is characterized by high-quality contemporary finishes, and pieces of furniture by Antonio Citterio and tower comprises 189 residential units, including apartments from 170 to 370 sqm, and penthouses from 370 to 930 sqm.
Conceived as sculptural and flexible spaces, the design of the interiors stands out for a meticulous attention to detail, a particular care for the materiality of the elements, and the warm tones of the furniture and the finishes that create a natural and welcoming atmosphere. Protagonists of the project are Velaria sliding panels by Rimadesio, which will separate the kitchen spaces from the rest of the house in both housing types (apartments and penthouses).
“Velaria represents the interpretation of the sliding door under the sign of maximum geometric rigor. In the project panels are always custom made with a structural profile in minimum thickness aluminum that makes the most of the exclusive aesthetic features of Rimadesio glass.
The system is fitted with patented innovative technical solutions to guarantee the utmost freedom of design, along with easy installation and exceptional reliability over the years.”
