On the occasion of the New York Design Week, Rimadesio inaugurates its third directly managed flagship store after Milan and London. The opening of the retail space, located at 102 Madison Avenue, represents a strategic milestone in the development plan for North America. Already present in the area with the monobrand showrooms in New York-Soho, Chicago, Houston and Miami, Rimadesio is thus responding to a growing interest in custom-made furniture solutions, characterized by high technological quality and careful attention to detail.

Designed by Andrea Pozzoli of Rimadesio Studio, the new flagship store underwent an 18-month architectural redevelopment. With a total area of 600 square metres, the space is spread over two perfectly integrated levels and offers a complete overview of the collection, capable of expressing all its design, stylistic and architectural potential.

Sliding panels, doors, walk-in wardrobes, systems for the living and sleeping areas, tables and accessories: the collection designed by Giuseppe Bavuso ranges from its more iconic pieces, such as the Zenit bookcase and the Cover locking system, to the most recent novelties, such as the Self Plan living system, the Cover Open wardrobe system and the Maxi sliding system.

Of great scenic impact, the Modulor boiserie is proposed here in various declinations and materials, with suspended elements, storage/wardrobe modules, integrated showcases and passageways, thus expressing all the solutions of a system that is always tailor-made and adaptable to any architectural setting.

Conceived as a consulting and design space in the residential, contract and hospitality sectors, for individuals, professionals and dealers, the new flagship store is structured to host R-Academy, a technical and design training programme reserved for architects, interior designers and developers. The technical area located in the basement, dedicated to technical and material insights, is equipped with a display wall complete with the 264 finishes in the catalogue: aluminium and glass, Rimadesio materials par excellence, alongside marble, fabrics, Litech, wood and imitation leather. An exclusive range designed to be applied to each product, in line with the principle of total flexibility of the range.
