After closing 2023 with a turnover of €84.7 million (with Ebitda 2023 STANDING in at €13.3 million and Ebit 2023 at €10.3 million), Rimadesio has concluded the first half of 2024 with a sales volume of almost €44 million. This is a record result for the company, with an increase of 3% compared to last year: sales in Italy now account for 34% of the total, with orders growing by 8%, and 66% abroad, with an increase in orders of 18% compared to 2023.

“The Rimadesio product collection is born from constant technical and stylistic research: the positive results from the first half of the year are due in part to the versatility of our collection in terms of design, as well as the implementation of finishings and materials in line with our customers’ tastes, such as raffia, new marble options, and taiga glass with a three-dimensional effect. We select the highest quality raw materials, staying true to our core values of innovation and attention to detail.”
Davide Malberti, CEO of Rimadesio

“We are extremely satisfied with the results obtained in the first half of the year, despite the difficulties in the sector and the geopolitical uncertainty. This success is the result of our strategy, which is based on a carefully selected supply chain and a strong network of single-brand shops. Our ability to maintain direct control over production and distribution has allowed us to respond promptly to market challenges, guaranteeing the quality and reliability that our customers expect.”
Luigi Malberti, CFO at Rimadesio.

GROWING MARKETS

The fastest growing markets include China (+22%), thanks to the opening of numerous new single-brand shops, and the UK (+20%), thanks to the directly managed flagship store that opened in London in 2020. The Netherlands (+50%), Belgium (+35%) and Poland (+20%) also yielded positive results, while the USA (+40%) and Germany (+55%) saw significant recovery after two years of market decline.
