Fluid and elegant lines form a table with a sculptural essence, striking a balance between visual lightness and original forms. The Lambda project was born from the design of the base, composed of two elements similar to folded sheets of paper: rectilinear shapes bending upwards as they converge in the centre. the aesthetic result, reminiscent of the Greek letter from which it takes its name, appears as elegant and delicate on a formal level as it is extraordinarily solid on a structural level. The table expresses its full aesthetic potential in the single-material version, where the veining of the marble, the natural quality of the wood and the soft texture obtained from the artisanal application of the new Rimadesio terrae finishing impart a remarkable expressive value.

LAMBDA

The Lambda table extends its expressive possibilities with three new interpretations, enhancing its sculptural character. The purity of the shape is complemented by a new glossy lacquered finishing, capable of emphasizing the continuity of surfaces and the plasticity of the design. The project also introduces a bi‑material version with transparent glass top and lacquered, marble, wooden or terrae base, where visual lightness and material presence establish a refined balance. The evolution is completed by the new round variant entirely in marble with revolving tray, designed to increase the functionality of the table and encourage sharing. New solutions that confirm Lambda’s versatility while preserving the iconic strength of its architecture.

Available in a round version with a diameter of 1800 mm, the new version with a central revolving tray enhances the convivial nature of the Lambda table. The tray is perfectly integrated into the top, and is equipped with a mechanism that guarantees smooth and silent movement. The version with a rotating top is available in the glossy and matt lacquered glass finishings, in the Terrae surfaces, marble, in a high-gloss lacquered finish and in the collection's wooden options.

TERRAE

Terrae Rimadesio is a spatulated material finish obtained by manually applying natural powders, which vary depending on the colour, such as marble, stone or cocciopesto.

Glass qualities

The specific qualities of lacquered glass pair perfectly with the sculptural forms of the Lambda table. In the form of a thick tabletop, available in glossy or matt versions in the 46 colours of the Ecolorsystem range, the glass combines its characteristic visual depth with exclusive technical qualities and performance, including resistance, brightness, colour-fastness and total recyclability.

Technical features

Available in round and elliptical versions, in different sizes. The collection introduces three updates: glossy lacquered finishing in 8 colour variants; revolving tray for the round marble version; bi-material version with transparent grey tempered and laminated glass top and with glossy or matt lacquered, marble, terrae or wooden base.
