In the heart of Madrid, Sagaseta Proyectos has renovated a penthouse to remarkable effect: the interior design features understated proportions, an intriguing interplay of materials, and an expert use of light.
The project was born from a desire to enhance the perception of space, interweaving materials and volumes to create a refined and contemporary atmosphere.
The Modulor system in the Noce finishing defines the different spaces: it covers walls, integrates closets and doors, and harmonises with inserts with a bronze finishing, creating a fluid and calibrated composition. To separate the TV room from the study, Velaria sliding panels create a mobile threshold that maintains visual and material coherence. The flush Moon doors complement the understated warmth of the bedroom, accentuating the formal purity and sense of comfort that permeates the entire space.
The result is a continuous and cohesive environment, where care shines through every detail: a project designed to last.
